Dr. Madeleine Ransom is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy in the Department of Economics, Philosophy and Political Science at UBC Okanagan.
Dr. Ransom is a philosopher whose primary area of research is perceptual learning and its contribution to human expertise across various domains. She also investigates how perceptual learning can lead to biases related to race and gender.

The lab conducts psychological experiments with human participants to collect data for computational models of behavior.
